Pleasant!
I really liked the location. It is in the heart of Barrio Salamanca.
It needs renovation, painting and a fresh up. But the price is adjusted to what they offer: great location and ok rooms, at a 4 stars hotel that needs a fresh up.

CONFORTABLE HOTEL BETWEEN SALAMANCA AND CHAMBERI
The hotel's location is exceptional: just a few metres from the Castellana and with one foot in Salamanca and the other in Chamberi. All the front desk staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. It is a hotel that I recommend especially for short stays. Very comfortable!
My only observation is the heating system we had in the room (the room was hot, but I was unable to lower the temperature).

The hotel needs a makeover
Great location and very kind staff
The whole decor and iluminación of the common areas and the rooms were tacky and outdated. The walls and floors were dirty and in pretty bad conditions but the most concerning problem was the bathroom condition. There was a significant amount of mold, creating not only an unpleasant sight but also raising health concerns. The mold was widespread.
